You may have a idea of what you want and just need someone to help bring it all to life, or have no idea where to start and we need to birth a fabulous idea together.
Once we've chatted about on your image of the day and shared our inspirations, we then come up a 'theme' and mood board for your event. We can then assist you with sourcing suppliers for each aspect. We are happy to purchase items on your behalf once we have agreed on your budget or we can simply advise you of our recommendations and leave purchasing to you.
From there, we can help you manage your timeline in the lead up to the event, supplier meetings and payments and the 'to do list', checking them off in a set order of importance. We will then also manage the timeline of the event itself and lias with the venue if required.
Once we have it all locked in, and we begin approach closer the event we will be there to do the running around in the lead up, collections, drop offs, set ups, check ups, you name it, we will have it all sorted!
Last but not least, we will be there on the day, meeting all suppliers and lasiing with venue staff so that your vision for the day is fullfilled, stress free. Any last minute runing around will be left to us :)
