Due to the nature of the product we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Locked Bags. Please keep in mind that the courier will leave the goods in a safe place if not home. Please pop in your comments during checkout if you would notlike your parcel left at your door or at reception.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
We will happily refund if you’re item is received damaged, however we do not refund for change of mind. All returns are offered store credit to be used within 6 months of original order date.
We require returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return with store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tags must still be in place.
The customer must organise the return to us – if item is received damaged or different to that described please include a copy of your postage receipt and we will cover the cost of postage.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
Any sales that are on pre-order basis and for any reason are not sent before the advised date we will refund your order if requested.
