Shopping On LENZO
Do you have a store or showroom I can come and visit?
As we are an online events marketplace, we do not have a dedicated studio for appointments and viewings. However, our retailers all provide clear and high-quality photos of their products so you can check them out before you commit to a purchase.
Do you stock the products yourselves?
We don’t stock any of the products ourselves, but we work with some of the best suppliers in Australia. Just think of us as the eBay of party + events planning in Australia.

Do you ship overseas?
The short answer is no, however we are looking into making shipping possible for our international customers. For the moment, we only ship across Australia. Check back here as this may change in the near future!
I emailed a supplier and they haven’t gotten back to me. Why?
Our retailers are busy creating amazing products (they are creatives after all!), so sometimes they may take a while to get back to you. If their phone number is listed on their store site, try giving them a ring. Otherwise, just send LENZO an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us and we’ll follow this up for you.
When can I expect my parcel?
Each LENZO retailer has their own delivery policy, which you can view at the bottom of their product page. Standard LENZO delivery takes 5-10 business days of placing your order, however this may be longer if the items are out of stock or being custom-made.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Like shipping, each retailer will have their own refund and cancellation policies. All Buyers should choose carefully before buying, as an order to purchase creates a contract between the Buyer and the Seller. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on Products or refunds for change of mind, however we will always endeavour to keep you happy and satisfied. This warranty only applies to unused and undamaged goods. For more information, read our terms and conditions.
My event is tomorrow! Can you help me?
Unfortunately, to make your event #AMAZING, we need ample time to create a mood board, as well as curate products + liaise with suppliers for you, all of which may not be readily available the next day. However feel free to ring us on (03) 9257 3250 and we'll see what we can do.
Do you style events?
YES! It’s a big part of what we do. We recently launched Parties by LENZO, an online party planning service, so if you have an upcoming event and want help with styling, just contact us!
Do you do corporate events?
We have styled many corporate launches and brand activations in the past, and still continue to do so! For some business inspo, just check out some of our corporate events.
We work with numerous retailers to bring your corporate event to life – this includes designing custom products with your business logo or slogan on it. Just send us an email and we can work together to create something that will help you stand out from your competitors.
Can you style events outside of Melbourne?
Yes, we can! Just ask us to help you with your event, and we’ll have our bags packed and ready to board a plane – wherever you are! Or, we can help you via phone or email.
Do you offer full set up and pack down of events?
We do offer a full bump-in and bump-out service, if you require it. We can be as involved in your event planning process as you’d like.

We pride ourselves on making sure our content is fresh and relevant for our readers, and highlight the amazing products and services on offer from retailers listed on our site. Whilst we do offer sponsored posts across our mediums to non-LENZO retailers, these are extremely limited and come at a cost. We are also quite selective with the businesses and products we write about to make sure the product is relevant to our audience.

Do you offer work experience/internships?
