It is so important when attending an event or dinner at your BFF's house to bring a plate of something to share, and of course LENZO is known for always bringing the best dessert!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH:
STEP ONE: Prepare an 8 x 8" pan with parchment.
STEP TWO: In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
STEP THREE: Add vanilla extract.
STEP FOUR: Add flour and salt. Mix until combined.
STEP FIVE: Stir in mini chocolate chips and sprinkles.
FOR THE ICE CREAM:
STEP ONE: In a medium bowl, mix condensed milk and vanilla extract.
STEP TWO: In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, beat heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
STEP THREE: Fold whipped cream into condensed milk mixture.
STEP ONE: Make cookie dough and divide it in half.
STEP TWO: Use half to make one layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
STEP THREE: Wrap the other half in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.
STEP FOUR: Make ice cream.
STEP FIVE: Pour ice cream on top of the cookie dough in the pan. Use a knife to make it an even layer.
STEP SIX: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hour or overnight.
STEP SEVEN: Take the wrapped cookie dough out of the fridge. Allow it to come to room temperature.
STEP EIGHT: Take pan out of the freezer. Make another laver of cookie dough on top of the ice cream.
STEP NINE: Place back in the freezer for at least four hours.
STEP TEN: Take out of the pan and cut into squares.
