If you’re anything like us, you gorged on chocolate bunnies and eggs last Easter - oops! At LENZO, we believe in eating in moderation, which is why this year we decided to go ultra-healthy and team up with Cobs Popcorn to create an Easter Pop Pourri.
Made with the purest of ingredients using traditional cooking methods, it’s the most delicious treat you’ll have – without the guilt! A hit with both children and adults, this recipe is so quick and easy to make that you’ll spend more time eating the popcorn than you did making it!
Here’s how to create your own DIY Easter Pop Pourri at home using Cobs Popcorn:
COOKING TIME: 5 MINUTES
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 120 grams COBS Natural Lightly Salted, Slightly Sweet Popcorn
- 1 cup coconut shreds
- 2 tablespoons raspberry dusk
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- Large heat-proof mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
STEP 1: Pour coconut oil and honey into your mixing bowl. Place into microwave for 30 seconds on high.
STEP 2: Use a cloth to take the bowl out of microwave. Add in Cobs Natural Lightly Salted, Slightly Sweet Popcorn. Slowly stir the popcorn, coconut oil, and honey mixture together.
STEP 3: Add in coconut shreds, cut freeze-fried strawberries, and raspberry dusk, and mix through.
