Okay, we all know it isn't a real party without some booze - but at LENZO we try to maintain a little bit of class and get creative in our alcohol consuming ways! To help you get inspired too, we teamed up with #LENZOPhotographer Madeleine Chiller to bring you our #TuttiFrutti version of the classic jelly shots.
These guys are giving us a real #flashback to our youth - however, we made them even more special with a dash of sparkling + the #SWEETEST summer fruits!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Assorted fruit - we used limes, lemons, oranges and a watermelon
- Food dye - #PINK
STEP ONE: Soak the gelatin sheets in cool water for approximately 2 minutes and follow the instructions carefully on the packet.
LENZO TIP - Add 25% more gelatin than the instructions state, so that the consistency isn't too sloppy!
STEP TWO: Bring the water to a boil + stir thoroughly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Once dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat.
STEP FIVE: Add the champagne and put aside to cool.
STEP SIX: Cut up all the fruits and carve out their insides to make hollow. These will now be your mould!
STEP SEVEN: Pour the mixture in the fruit moulds and put in the refregirator for at least 8 hours before serving.
STEP SIX: Enjoy!!
