Here at LENZO, we are just loving those Spring days that slowly, but surely, are starting to roll on through. Thoughts of fresh blooms, sweet treats and fresh drinks conjure up within our minds, especially as we constantly look for the perfect addition for our Spring arvos.
Lucky for us, Sprinkles for Breakfast have shared with us their latest take on chocolate bark, the choccy trend that is taking over the culinary world. Their's is one of white chocolate, edible flowers + colourful sugar - #YUM!

WHAT YOU NEED:
- 450 grams of White Melting Chocolate
- Chocolate Food Colouring
- Edible Flowers
- Colourful Sugar
STEP ONE: Prepare a tray with baking paper.
STEP TWO: Melt chocolates in the microwave at 20 second intervals until completely melted.
STEP THREE: Mix in colour until you get the desired colour.
STEP FOUR: Using an offset spatula, spread chocolate in an even layer on the baking sheet.
STEP FIVE: Sprinkle edible flowers and colourful sugar all over.
STEP SIX: Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to cool.
STEP SEVEN: Once it is cooled, break the chocolate into pieces and serve.
