EASTER EGG CHOCOLATE BARK

Who else is hip hoppity excited for Easter?! Well if you weren't, you definitely will be now thanks to this delicious chocolate bark recipe courtesy of the talented team at Sprinkles for Breakfast!

Although being one of the easiest treats you can ever imagine making,. this bark will be a showstopper treat at your family BBQ and promises to be a hit with both the children and adults alike!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 500 grams pound white melting chocolate
  • 250 grams pink melting chocolate
  • 250 grams purple melting chocolate
  • Mini Cadbury Eggs
  • Sprinkles for decorating

    METHOD

    STEP ONE: Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolates in the microwave at 20 second intervals until completely melted.

    STEP TWO: Place pink and purple chocolate in piping bags.

    STEP THREE: Spread white chocolate evenly on baking sheet.

    STEP FOUR: Pipe strips of colored chocolate vertically along the white chocolate (about 1 inch apart).

    STEP FIVE: Use a knife to swirl each strip of color.

    STEP SIX: Add Cadbury mini eggs and sprinkles.

    STEP SEVEN: Place baking sheet in the fridge for at least one hour. Once it is set up, break into pieces and serve.
