So ever since LENZO first started, we have been obsessed with the most amazing, talented baker, Caroline Khoo, who we are certain would all know as Nectar and Stone! We spent hours stalking her feed, crushing on her Insta-royalty status and craving all her delicious (+ most importantly #PINK) treats...

That is why we are so honoured to be a part of the next step in her culinary journey, with her new book set for release this May. First up, we are featuring a delicious Pink Tequila Recipe - let us tell you, that not only is it super pretty but it tastes delicious too! Keep reading to learn how Caroline Khoo creates this yummy cocktail below...

  • 1 litre (35 fl oz/4 cups) sparkling pink apple or pink grapefruit juice
  • 50 ml (11/2 fl oz) tequila per glass
  • ice
  • lime slices, to garnish


    STEP ONE: Fill each glass with a good amount of sparkling juice.

    STEP TWO: Add tequila to each glass.

    STEP THREE: Fill each glass with a small handful of ice, then garnish with a slice of lime.

    TIP: Tall glasses are perfect for serving this drink, especially with gold straws.
