We are #superexcited to announce our new collaboration with the wedding specialists over at Nouba Blog!  Each week, Editor, Tamarin Morley will be bringing you a fresh #trendtowatch for your upcoming big day. Tonight she shares the not-so-wedding trend which is totally too fun. Over to you Tamarin! x

I love a bride who breaks the rules, especially when it comes to the dress. Looking beyond the realms of ‘bridal’ can open a world of thrilling possibility, I mean think about it, you can wear whatever you want.

Whether that means shelling out for a designer number you’ve been coveting or repurposing a vintage find, if it’s ‘you’, I say do it. Let’s be honest, your wedding dress may very well be the most expensive fashion purchase of your life, so if traditional isn’t your look, then I beg you to go for something that is!

I’ve rounded up a few favourite alt bride looks, including real brides who have rocked their unique frocks as well as current looks from boundary-pushing designers. Chances are, if you’re reading this blog you’re probably not the big-white-dress type, so I hope you’ll find something to tickle your fancy here.
