LENZO styled custom kicks for the Adelaide Fashion Festival
Marilyn Monroe once said, “Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world!” And, after being asked to style the Sneaker Lab pop-up by Spendless Shoes last month, we’d have to agree!
We joined Miss Universe Australia and artist Olivia Rogers, as well as a star-studded line up of talented graphic and street artists, who personalised new pairs of sneakers for excited shoppers in Rundle Mall in Adelaide on October 19 and 20.
The inspiration behind our styling was an infusion of pop art and pastel colours, which created a vibrant space for our shoppers. With a custom built marquee from White Marquee and gorgeous blooms by Posy Co., the pop up was looking FRESH and FUN.
The air was definitely buzzing with excitement as customers intimately worked with #AMAZING artists who helped create a signature sneaker for them. Incorporating tassels or lace and receiving a customised design, you were only limited by your imagination!
Some of the artists and illustrators included Petar Prodanović, Dave Court, Sydonie Baldissera, Tash Calamity, and Lulu Hardy.
The fun didn’t stop with getting your own custom-made kicks – shoppers were also given the opportunity to ‘Spin the Wheel’ and win great prizes, including Krispy Kreme doughnuts and free sneakers!
We even took home a pair each - I mean, how could you resist those amazing designs?! You could say we found our #SOLEMATES…
