LENZO is getting so excited for our Christmas break, and are busily planning away on what goodies we can bring to all of the parties this silly season! Instead of a salad or a slice, LENZO likes to go a bit left of centre and create a cocktail for each of the guests in attendance!
These cocktails don't need to be overly hard to make, just #yummy and Instagrammable like The Go-CoCo Mojito we created for our New Year's Eve Editorial. The recipe was created for us by the talented team at Peter Rowland Catering, who were inspired by the crisp Schweppes Soda Water, and trust us, it is as delicious as it looks!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 3 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons white rum
- 1 tablespoon Malibu coconut rum
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 cup Schweppes Soda water
- Extra Lime Wedge to Garnish
- Edible Blooms
STEP ONE: Add 6 fresh mint leaves, 3 lime wedges and brown sugar into a cocktail shaker.
STEP TWO: Crush the ingredients into the bottom of the shaker.
STEP THREE: Add white rum, coconut rum, and cream of coconut.
STEP FOUR: Fill shaker with ice.
STEP FIVE: Shake it up!!
STEP SIX: Strain mixture into a glass.
STEP SEVEN: Top with chilled Schweppes Soda Water.
STEP EIGHT: Garnish with lime and edible blooms. And most importantly, enjoy!!
