Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship orders via Australia Post by regular mail. Please email us to upgrade to express mail if you need your order in a hurry.
All orders are shipped from PERTH. WA. Actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery timetables can be viewed via

Registered post can be arranged however, and will incur an additional postage charge. If you are purchasing fragile or delicate items, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost. This must be requested via email when placing your order.

All orders are shipped within 1-3days of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated (Important Notice ie: annual leave).

If you need your items in a hurry, please contact us via email at to arrange express post upgrade.
Favor Lane is not a Bricks + Mortar Store therefore all our orders require shipping. Under special circumstances (very large orders) we may allow your order to be picked up via an appointment.

It is your obligation to ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If a parcel comes back to us marked return to sender, a re-posting fee will be charged to send it to you again.
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it then becomes their responsibility. We cannot cover the cost of items that are stolen or lost in transit.
Shipping insurance can be taken out at an extra cost to cover lost or stolen items. This however must be arranged when placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship international orders via Australia Post Airmail from $29.95. This rate of shipping does not include tracking. Please note this does not include Import or customs charges. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Large orders may also incur additional charges.
Shipping insurance can be taken out at an extra cost to cover lost or stolen items. This however must be arranged when placing your order. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to express with tracking please contact us prior to placing your order.

Customer Service Policy

Favor Lane is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
